My August habit is to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I have not drank 8 glasses of water each day, especially since I went on vacation and forgot all about this. lol. But I am human and that is ok. I do not feel like a failure. I do know I need to focus and make it a little more of a priority. I also know that I am drinking some water every day and I am drinking a lot more water everyday.
I should have this down as a habit by the end of the month. I am proud to be healthier.
I look forward to the next “good” habit to create in September.
